welcomed by Greeters and Sunshine Team,

Ushers, and Musicians with the Bethany Music Ministry Choir
(the special shared ministry efforts of many)

(immediately following a shortened worship service)
The purpose of the
Special Congregational Meeting
is to vote on the pastoral call of
candidate, Rev Kate Schruba
Bethany members are asked to make every effort
to participate in this important meeting that will
shape the future of our church!
At the Annual Meeting, there will be a vote for
two (three year) council seats open for election
Any Bethany members who would like to serve
on the council, please contact the church office.
35 voting members are required
for a quorum at these meetings
